Writing Letters: Chili’s Servers Edition

Dear Airport Chili’s Servers,

I go to Chili’s, often. It’s why when I’m stuck in an airport and I can have time to grab a bite to eat I go to your Chili’s Too locations above anywhere else. Both in and outside of airports you’re often known for your friendly, sometimes fast, service. That’s why I was surprised to see such unprofessional behavior from you on a recent trip.

Here’s a tip: The next time you want to go on a 5-10 minute loud rant about how you hate your coworker consider doing it in the kitchen or other employee-only area. This way all your patrons can’t hear you as easily and we don’t know how ‘screwed up’ your restaurant is.

Onward and upward!

P.S. Also, don’t walk past patrons muttering about how you can’t wait to get out of here and go home.
