The Meeting - We start by getting to know you and your company, learning your expectations, and assessing your needs. We want to
make sure you feel comfortable with the consulting process, and that you have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you’d like.
The Design – DDD will conduct an in-depth analysis of your current processes or products, develop recommendations, and design a detailed
action plan with tangible milestones and delivery dates. After evaluating your needs, we’ll assemble a bid for your review. It will be
based on the scope of your project and the kinds of expertise required to get the job done right. DDD will also provide comprehensive
information on the consultants who will work on your project and what they bring to the table. If we find that our current capabilities
do not mesh with your company’s needs, we are happy to provide you with a list of recommended contractors, free of charge.
The Direction – During this phase, we get to work. DDD will communicate with you throughout the project and provide updates and information
on how things are progressing. Depending upon the nature of the project, we may also provide you with prototypes or sample materials for
your review and address any concerns you may have.
The Delivery – This is our favorite part! We get to present you with your customized solution and consulting report.
